It has taken me some time to find a great butt workout that I actually like because believe it or not there are not that many out there, that I have found, that actually make me feel the burn. This workout, in this order, has helped me feel the burn and allowed me to work on my glutes more than I ever have . One thing that I have learned when focusing on my glutes is that high reps will also allow you to feel more from the workout .
– kick backs 3-4 sets of 15-20 (can be done at home with leg weights )
– hip abduction machine 4 sets of 15-20 (can also be done with resistance bands)
– Pulse Sumo Squats w/ weights 4 sets of 10-12
– Close Stance RDLs with Weight 4 sets of 15-20
