Anthropologie Slippers : These slippers are so plush and SUPER soft! They come in tons of colors and are under $40! I know your loved one will live in these for the rest of winter . I also have a feeling Anthro will have a Black Friday sale so these will be awesome to add to the cart!
Fur Throw Blanket : When I tell you this blanket feels like a DREAM I am not lying! There are tons of colors available to choose from to fit any home, and its big enough for two people to cuddle comfortably under it.
Pajamas : PJ’s are amazing to give because they are inexpensive and are practical because you know the person will get use out it. Victoria Secret sleep dresses are very popular or if you want to get a tee and pant set there are plenty available just about anywhere. If you want to splurge you can also look into a nice silk pj set (this great for someone like your mom, best friend, etc.)
Apple TV : This is also a splurge item that will come in handy for your favorite Netflix watcher, or anyone who loves to watch TV. This is great because apple has also came out with a streaming service .
Amazon Echo / Google Home : This can be a less expensive version of the Apple TV , but on the assistant side of things .Either one of these items is perfect for someone who stays busy and is always on the phone. These items can be helpful for college students, college graduates, etc.
Nest Thermostat : Have a friend/family member with a new home? How convenient is the nest thermostat? It works well with the google home if they have it or if you want to bundle these two together as a gift. This too comes in so many colors to choose from . What is so amazing about this gift is that you can control the thermostat though your phone and you can set vacation mode. Not only do you not have worry about jumping out of bed to lower or raise the thermostat, BUT by having vacation mode in sync with just a touch of a button you don’t have to worry about high electricity bills.
Ring Doorbell : If you know someone who get frequent packages or just likes to keep an eye out on their home and who comes by then this doorbell is perfect for them! Dario’s (my fiancé) grandparents have this doorbell and when UPS left my package at another home down the way the neighbor stopped by to notify use about the package before bringing it by. We only knew that the neighbor stopped by because of the doorbell app on Dario’s grandmother’s phone, because the neighbor did not leave a note. This was awesome because we was able to identify who the neighbor was and we were able to get my package back. Whether its a situation like this or different this door bell literally is the best to have. The app allows you to not only look at the current day but also previous days too, and it will also show what’s going on in real time.
Heating Blanket : If anyone knows me they know I love to snuggle up with a good blanket, but sometimes if its too cold a regular blanket won’t do. I received a heating blanket as a gift before I went to college and it was the perfect thing for me during the winter season.
Candles (Anthropologie) : One thing I love about Anthropologie is their candles ! The scents are amazing for this time of year and their packaging is always so unique and special. Around this time of year they have seasonal candles that literally will get you in the holiday spirit! I will list my faves below:
Books : Cuddling up to a nice book when its cold outside is the perfect recipe for a good day in bed. Dario and I love to snuggle inside when its cold or even on a rainy day because the gloomy weather makes us want to just chill out and relax. Its good to take a step back every now and then, and for me, when I like to take a pause from my busy schedule I love to catch up on self help books and others . I will list some of my faves and ones that I look forward to reading soon.
Coffee Table Books : Along with a good book to read is great books to entertain and use as conversation starters. I love coffee table books that not only look cool on the outside, but ones that can spark a conversation and actually look promising to read. I will link some of the ones I’m eyeing currently.
Quick Tip: You can combine any of the items listed to create a DIY gift set to tailor to your loved one. For example: a coffee table book, throw blanket, and candle. You can mix more or less it depends on how much you would like to spend on the person and how well you know the person.
